Can a non-resident of the Republic of Belarus open an account, make a deposit?
Citizen of other countries (non-residents of the Republic of Belarus) have a possibility of open accounts and conclude deposit contracts. Accounts are opened and money are placed at a deposit in your presence at the Bank's premises. You should show the identifying document issued by the authorized body of your state. The documents presented must be made in Russian or Belarusian, or translated into Russian or Belarusian, and the translation correctness must be certified by a notary, or the translation must be certified by a foreign authorized officer (body, institution) within their competence.

May I conclude the deposit contract not visiting the Bank?
Yes, you may if you are a client of Paritetbank, OJSC, and have a bank card or an effective account. You may open an online deposit through iParitet mobile app or iParitet Internet Bank. To do this, you need:
  • be an authorized user of iParitet with your card;
  • update your iOS device to 1.8.0., Android and Huawei to 1.8.1.
For iParitet Internet Bank users: on home page, select "Catalogue" - "Deposits and Accounts";
For iParitet mobile app users: on the home page, select "New Product" - "Deposits and Accounts".

Are there any limits for cash withdrawal from banking payment cards of Paritetbank, OJSC?
Is there any limit for cash withdrawal from banking payment cards of Paritetbank, OJSC, from customer-operated machines and at cash points:
  • for residents of the Republic of Belarus - 20 000 Belarusian rubles per day;
  • for non-residents of the Republic of Belarus - 500 Belarusian rubles per week.
Are there any limits for cash withdrawal from banking payment cards issued by non-resident banks in the ATMs of Paritetbank, OJSC?
For the banking payment cards issued by non-resident banks, there is a limit for cash withdrawal in the amount of 200 base values within one calendar week.

May I take out a banking payment card remotely if I am a citizen of a foreign country (non-resident)?
Yes, you may if you are a client of Paritetbank, OJSC. If you are not the client of Paritetbank, to take out the banking payment card, you will need to visit any Bank's branch and have an identifying document with you.

What should I do if the ATM/self-service terminal did not return my card?
You should make sure if the ATM actually fails to return the card. Sometimes, it needs significant time to execute the operation, due to communication failure or any other reasons. If the ATM does not return the card, you should block it - call the 24-hour Customer Service of the Bank Processing Centre in Minsk: 8 (017) 299-25-25, and block the card, then call the Contact Centre or apply to the branch of Paritetbank, OJSC, which issued the card. There, a further investigation on your case will be performed.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen, or the card details are known to unauthorized persons?
You should immediately inform the 24-hour Customer Service of the Bank Processing Centre in Minsk: 8 (017) 299-25-25. Your card will be blocked and no operations with the card will be possible. After that, you should visit any Bank's branch with your passport, tell about the lost/stolen payment card and write an application for the card reissue. If you lost (suspect that you lost) your PIN code, the card must be reissued on the basis of the application when you visit any Bank's branch with your passport.

How can I activate/deactivate SMS notifications?
You can activate/deactivate SMS notifications at a Bank's branch or you may call the Contact Centre: 171.

Can I change the PIN code for the card?
Yes, you can change the PIN code at the ATM of Paritetbank, OJSC, or devices of other banks that support this function, as well as in a new iParitet application. This service is fee-based according to the List of payments for the banking operations performed by Paritetbank, OJSC.

Can I set/change limits for the banking payment cards of Paritetbank, OJSC?
You can set/change you limits for the card, including an additional one, in your profile in iParitet Internet Bank. Select the required card on the main page, then select "Limits" and set the required parameters.
In iParitet mobile app, you should:
  • update you Android and Huawei device to version 1.8.0. and iOS device to version 1.8.1.,
  • select the required card, press "Settings" - "Set Limits", and set the required parameters.
You can also prohibit transfer of money and online operations, or prohibit all operations with the card, both inside the country and abroad.

What should I do if the ATM failed to give out the money?
First, you should make sure that the money have been actually written-off from the card; to do this, check you card balance in the ATM or iParitet mobile app, iParitet Internet Bank, or call the 24-hour service of Paritetbank: 8017 299 25 25. If there are any differences, i.e. the money was wirtten-off, but not given out, you should visit any branch of Paritetbank to make the corresponding statement.
We inform you that a fee is collected for viewing of the card account balance using devices of other banks according to the List of payments for the banking operations performed by Paritetbank, OJSC.

What is an outstanding debt balance (technical overdraft)?
An outstanding debt balance (technical overdraft) is an amount of money exceeding the balance on the client's account and (or) an overdraft limit established by the contract on the card use (a maximum amount of credit provided by the emitting bank according to the conditions of the credit agreement), and it reflects the client's debt to the emitting bank.

How can I track operations with my card?
You may track operations with your card using your profile in the Internet Bank or iParitet Mobile Bank. To do this, open the "History" section or create a statement by selecting the required card and pressing "Statement". You can also track operations with your card by means of SMS notification service.
Replenishment of card accounts for non-residents
