Banking License No. 5 as of February 13, 2024, for Paritetbank, OJSC, was issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, for the following banking operations:

1. to attract money of physical and legal entities to place to accounts and deposits;
2. to place the attracted money of physical and legal entities on accounts and deposits in its name and for its own accounts on conditions of repayment, interest payment and maturity (including granting of loans);
3. to open and maintain banking accounts of physical and legal entities;
4. to carry out settlement and payment services for physical and legal entities, including respondent banks;
5. to carry out currency exchange operations;
6. to purchase and sale of precious metals in cases established by the National Bank;
7. to issue banking guarantees, and other operations with banking guarantees;
8. to carry out trust management of money under a trust management contract;
9. to emit banking payment cards and other payment documents which require opening and maintaining of accounts and payment operations accepted when such payment instruments are used;
10. to issue securities confirming attraction of money to deposits and placement on accounts;
11. to provide monetary claim financing (factoring);
12. to provide physical and legal entities with special rooms or safes for banking storage of documents and valuable items (money, securities, precious metals and precious stones, etc.);
13. to carry out settlement operations.
